Doginals did not happen in a press room. It happened in a GitHub README, a couple of indexers, and a short list of accounts that kept posting when the fees were still a joke. These are the voices we can source. If a handle is not here, we have not confirmed it.
The short list

- apezord/doginals — the protocol text. Follow the repo before you follow a rumor.
- @doginaldogs — the pixel-dog collection, on X since May 2023. Not the protocol.
Doge Soft’s public gravity is the site and the docs, not a handle we will guess. Builders start at docs.dogesoft.io. Collectors start at the wallet. This site exists so those doors have a hallway.
