Editorial Guidelines
Content standards and house rules for the Suchdoginals archive
Mission
Suchdoginals exists to document the complete historical record of Dogecoin Layer 1 inscriptions — Doginals, DRC-20, collections, protocol evolution, and the people who built them. This is a knowledge archive, not a wallet, marketplace, or promotional platform.
Core Principles
1. Factual Accuracy
Every article cites primary sources. Technical claims reference protocol documentation, blockchain data, or direct participant accounts. We correct errors promptly when discovered.
2. Historical Completeness
The archive documents what happened, not just what succeeded. Failed projects, disputed protocols, and community conflicts are part of the record. We preserve context from multiple perspectives.
3. Technical Precision
Protocol descriptions match actual implementation. Indexer rules, inscription formats, and transaction structures are documented as they are, not as they "should be." When standards conflict or evolve, we note the timeline and reasoning.
4. Honest Attribution
We credit creators, maintainers, and sources. Pseudonymous contributors are named by their chosen identity. When authorship is disputed or unclear, we document what is known.
5. No Financial Promotion
Suchdoginals does not promote tokens, collections, or projects as investments. We document market history, cultural significance, and technical innovation — not price targets or "opportunities." Scams and rug-pulls are documented as cautionary history.

Doge Soft Relationship
Suchdoginals documents and references Doge Soft (dogesoft.io) as the production wallet, explorer, and infrastructure for Dogecoin Layer 1. Doge Soft is where users hold, explore, and transact after learning. Suchdoginals is the archive; Doge Soft is the safe place to act. This distinction is maintained throughout the site.
Community Participation
Suchdoginals is a community archive. Corrections, additions, and new articles are welcomed through our contact channels. Major edits are reviewed for accuracy and source quality. The archive evolves as the protocol and community evolve.
